<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an occupant crash protection device capable of ensuring protection performance of a head part of an occupant sitting on a seat regardless of a constitution of a ceiling portion. <P>SOLUTION: An inflator 16 of the occupant crash protection device 10, a first inflation part 32 deployed along a back window 28 and a second inflation part 34 deployed along a ceiling are stored at an upper part of the back door 14, thereby, a room lamp 25 can be arranged at an optional position at a rear side of a cabin ceiling.
