<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow a user to easily create an e-mail. <P>SOLUTION: In an e-mail creating process, if it is directed to display a list of translation candidates of input characters (Y of S02 Step), pictograms corresponding to the current date are displayed in a list on a reading display 60 from a RAM 16 in S03 Step. Next, a selection process is performed to the pictograms (S04 Step), and a process to confirm the selected pictograms is performed (S05 Step).
