<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a DA converter that reduces influence on a current output of thermal noise or 1/f noise generated in a device without increasing the size, while improving image quality, and to provide a solid-state imaging device and a camera system. <P>SOLUTION: The DA converter 10 includes: a plurality of basic current source cells 11-1 to 11-n that receive a common bias voltage; a current amount control section 12 that outputs a bias voltage according to the current of a current source; and a sample and hold circuit section 13 that includes at least a sampling switch connected between a first bias line and a second bias line and a hold capacitor connected to the first bias line side, holds the sampling switch in an on state to transfer the bias voltage by the current amount control section to the hold capacitor side during a sampling period, and holds the sampling switch in an off state to hold the bias voltage in the hold capacitor during a hold period. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
