PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aromatic polycarbonate resin composition having all of flame retardancy, impact resistance, heat stability and moisture heat stability. SOLUTION: The resin composition includes, based on 100 pts.mass of an aromatic polycarbonate resin; 0.1-5 pts.mass of a polyorganosiloxane containing≥50 mol.% of a unit represented by RSiO<SB>1.5</SB>(wherein R is a 1-12C monovalent hydrocarbon group) based on the total siloxane units (R<SB>0-3</SB>SiO<SB>2.0-0.5</SB>), wherein an aromatic group accounts for≥50 mol% of the total hydrocarbon groups (R) contained; and, calculated as a metal concentration,≥0.1 ppm and≤10 ppm of a metal salt of a fluoroalkyl sulfonic acid containing C-H bond.
