PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress creep deformation caused by modifying the fastening part of a fiber-reinforced composite material. SOLUTION: A fiber-reinforced composite material 1 is formed from matrixes 2 that are thermosetting resin and reinforced fibers 3 that are carbon fiber and arranged in a layer form. The fiber-reinforced composite material 1 is fastened to a metal material 8 that is another member. A bolt 10 that is a fastening member is inserted into a fastening through-hole 4 formed in the fiber-reinforced composite material 1, and a nut 11 is fastened from the metal material 8 side to fix the fiber-reinforced composite material 1 to the metal material 8. A covering layer 6 is formed in an area where the fiber-reinforced composite material 1 and the bolt 10 are brought into pressurized contact with each other. The covering layer 6 is made of iron 5 that is harder than the matrixes 2. The flowing of the matrixes 2 is suppressed by the covering layer 6. The covering layer 6 receives stress when the bolt 10 is fastened. Thus, compared with a case where the matrixes 2 directly receives the stress, creep deformation of the fiber-reinforced composite material 1 is suppressed. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
