<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a linear relationship between temperature and digital code. <P>SOLUTION: A method includes a step which provides a first voltage corresponding to temperature, a step which provides a second voltage having a plurality of digital codes used as an input, and a step which discriminates the digital code corresponding to the temperature, using the first and second voltages.
