<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect an operation state of a micro pump for carrying out fuel supply of a fuel cell through noise collected by a microphone, and to appropriately carry out fuel supply based on the detected result. <P>SOLUTION: A piezoelectric actuator 3 of a micro pump is driven by a vibration control voltage Va. Noise generated at operation of the piezoelectric actuator 3 is collected through a microphone 7. An audio signal Vd is supplied to an amplifier 57, then an audio signal SVd is outputted from the amplifier 57. The audio signal SVd increases in proportion to pressurizing force F. The audio signal SVd is converted into digital data Dd to supply the digital data to a CPU 51. The CPU 51 controls switching from a dry start to a steady operation, determines that the pump chamber becomes empty, and controls appropriate fuel supply volume, based on the digital data. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
