PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multiplexed stream data reproducing device which can select the stream data serving as the reference of reproduction from among a plurality of stream data multiplexed as the multiplexed stream data. SOLUTION: A reference clock request receiving unit 1 receives a designation of stream data which serves as the reference clock of reproduction. A demultiplexer 2 extracts the reference time information which is outputted to a reference clock reproduction unit 3 from the specified stream data based on the designation from the reference clock request receiving unit 1. The reference clock reproduction unit 3 reproduces the reference clock from the reference time information outputted from the demultiplexer 2.
