PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make a bottom surface circumferential top (edge) closely join to the side surface in a container and the bottom section while ensuring the strength of the bottom surface circumferential top. SOLUTION: A body section sheet piece 11 has a length of the inner periphery of a specified cylindrical container and is equipped with a pasting section 11a for forming a cylindrical shape on both ends in the length direction. On the lower section of the body section sheet piece 11, a heat-shrinkable sheet piece 12 is welded by making a to-be-heated section 12a protrude downward to form a sheet A having a skirt. Then, a cylindrical sheet B having a cylindrical shape is formed by welding the pasting sections 11a on both ends of the body section sheet 11 to each other. After shrinking the to-be-heated sections 12a of the heat-shrinkable sheet in the cylindrical sheet B by heating, a circular bottom section sheet piece 13 is welded to the shrunk to-be-heated section 12a to manufacture this internal bag 10 for cylindrical container.
