<p>A broadcast message reading method, system and device relate to the mobile communication field and are designed for reading broadcast messages of unknown neighbor cells. A broadcast message reading method comprises: measurement information reported from a user device are received by a network side device; if it is determined that the user device finds unknown neighbor cells according to the measurement messages, a scheduling synchronization negotiation is performed on uplink and downlink resources of the user device; after the scheduling synchronization negotiation which is performed on the uplink and downlink resources of the user device is consistent, the user device is indicated to read the broadcast messages of the unknown neighbor cells. The invention could be used for reading the broadcast messages of the unknown neighbor cells in the same or different systems rapidly.</p> |
