A device detecting the inflammation of urinogenital system by pathogen information and its method are disclosed. The device includes reaction module in which there is predetermined DNA library of urinogenital system inflammation, information detection module and processor module in which there is predetermined status information. The reaction module, information detection module and processor module are connected. The reaction module reacts with test DNA samples, information detection module detects the status information of reaction and feedback the information to processor module, the processor module analyzes based on the status information and predetermined status information. With the device and its method, high throughput automatic detection is achieved, the infection information of urinogenital system inflammation patients can be early determined, the therapy subject can be made more fleetly and reasonably.
