<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing oil derived from Jatropha curcas (Barbados nut) which does not require the growth of the plant. <P>SOLUTION: The cellular tissue multiplication method includes the obtainment of explants from seeds of Jatropha curcas (Barbados nut), the placement of the explants derived from the seeds of Jatropha curcas in a culture medium, the growth of individual cells by breaking down the intercellular connection of explant tissue, the multiplication of the individual cells by incubating the culture medium together with grown individual cells for a fixed period, the extraction of oil from the cells multiplied from the individual cells grown from the explants derived from the seed of Jatropha curcas. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
