<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell system that is advantageous for inhibiting the growth of bacteria. <P>SOLUTION: The fuel cell system includes a fuel cell 10, having an anode supplied with anode fluid and a cathode supplied with cathode fluid; and a container 25 for storing high-purity water for forming the anode fluid by reforming a fuel raw material.
