PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an excellent alcohol beverage having citrus fruit flavor.

SOLUTION: The citrus fruit mixture includes a composition obtained by mixing pulp cells of the citrus fruit flesh with peel oil obtained from citrus fruit peel. The alcohol extract liquid and the alcohol beverage are produced from the composition.
