<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid occurrence of waveform distortion in detection signals by increasing a gain before detection without any restrictions of supply voltages in detection circuits. <P>SOLUTION: An oscillation gyro sensor for oscillating an oscillator to detect the angular velocity applied to the oscillator includes a detection circuit 20 for generating angular velocity signals from detection signals detected by detection electrodes of the oscillator. The detection circuit performs signal processings that depend on the supply voltages in a current mode and performs signal processing in the current mode, rather than a voltage mode and avoids the influence due to the supply voltages; increases a gain before detection; improves the S/N ratio by reducing noise of output signals; and avoids the occurrence of waveform distortions in detection signals due to the limit on the supply voltages by the signal processing of the detection circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
