<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating device which has a small temperature change of a film contact surface, and is capable of uniformly preheating a film, and simplifying the device constitution, and an SP (Strip Package) sheet sealing device using the same. <P>SOLUTION: The heating device comprises an outer cylinder 32 having a substantially columnar heater storage space on its inner circumferential surface side, a bar-shaped heater 31 fixed to a device body and stored in the heater storage space, and a pair of bearings 36, 36 which are respectively provided on the inner sides at both ends of the outer cylinder 32 with a heater being inserted therein. The heating device heats a film traveling along the outer circumferential surface of the outer cylinder 32, and the outer cylinder 32 is turned circumferentially around the heater 31 following the travel of the film. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
