<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antireflection film having durability to maintain initial optical characteristics, scratch resistance, and adhesion. <P>SOLUTION: The durable antireflection film 10 has a hard coat layer 12 and/or a low-refractive index layer 13 in this order at least on one side of a transparent support base material 11, wherein the transparent support base material 11 is subjected to RIE treatment and the hard coat layer 12 and/or the low-refractive index layer 13 are formed on the treated surface by ionizing radiation curing process. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT |
