PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet which has a high abrasion resistance and a high scratch resistance, is excellent in moldability, has a surface protective layer in which a crack or the like does not generated, and is used for molding a decorative molded product with a high designability, and to provide a method of manufacturing decorative resin molded article using the decorative sheet and the decorative resin molded article manufactured by the manufacturing method. SOLUTION: The decorative sheet 10 for insert molding is obtained by laminating at least the surface protective layer 14 on a support 11 comprising an ABS resin, wherein the flexural modulus of the support is 1,500-3,000 MPa, the thickness of the support is 100-500μm, the surface protective layer is produced by crosslinking curing an ionizing radiation curable resin composition, the tensile modulus of elasticity of the ionizing radiation curable resin composition is >100 MPa and <1,000 MPa, and the coefficient of static friction of the surface is 1.0 or less.
