PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered release film which is excellent in wrinkle prevention and can control flowing out of an adhesive agent from a coverlay film or the like, and to provide a method of manufacturing a print board using the multilayered release film. SOLUTION: The multilayered release film includes an intermediate layer and two surface layers laminated on both surfaces of the intermediate layer wherein the thickness of one of two surface layers is≥5μm and <25μm, and the thickness of another one is≥25μm and <50μm.
