PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hybrid battery system controller capable of improving efficient utilization of a battery. SOLUTION: The hybrid battery system controller is equipped with a first battery 10 and a second battery 20, and supplies electric power to a common load 50 at least from one of the first battery and the second battery. A voltage applied to the load and a current which flows in the load are detected, and furthermore the voltage, the electric current, and battery characteristics of the first battery and the second battery are detected, and based on those values, against the load, a current amount flowing from the first battery and the current amount flowing from the second battery are controlled.
