PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a working machine with an engine equipped with a filter attaching structure for preventing the dust from intruding into a casing while a drop in the wind quantity to be taken into the casing is suppressed. SOLUTION: The working machine 11 with the engine is equipped with a working apparatus, the engine to drive it, and a radiator which are accommodated in the casing 13 having a suction hole 16 in its side wall, wherein a filter holding frame 21 to hold a filter 22 having a greater ventilation area than that of the suction hole is provided around the suction hole, and an air layer covered with the filter holding frame is formed between the filter held with the filter holding frame and the suction hole.
