PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a movable clamping device responding to a machine tool having various size workpieces or a spindle by steplessly adjusting the position of a clamp arm. SOLUTION: A clamping base part 21 supports a clamping part 20 and moves along a guide bar 31 by the guide bar 31 passing through the clamping base part 21. A guide base part 32 is disposed on at least one end of the guide bar 31, and a cylindrical lock bar 41 passing through the guide base part 32 which is installed side by side parallel to the guide bar 31 is provided with the guide base part 32. The guide base part 32 is provided with: a taper sleeve 424 having the guide bar 31 inserted thereinto; and a housing sleeve 425 which covers the outside of the taper sleeve 424 and reduces the inside diameter of the taper sleeve 424.
