PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal that performs proper call response operation according to terminal operation state at the time of receiving a call. SOLUTION: A communication terminal 1 includes an operation state determination part 15 which determines whether a user is operating the communication terminal 1 or not, and a call response control part 16 which configures the setting so that a call is received on depression of a predetermined key when an operation state is determined by the operation state determination part 15, on the other hand, the call is received on depression of any key when a non-operation state is determined by the operation state determination part 15.
