PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a PFC choke coil for interleaving having a two-in-one structure functioning as substantially two independent choke coils, and capable of reducing cost and outline dimensions. SOLUTION: This PFC choke coil includes a pair of E-shaped cores 1, 2, first and second coil windings 61, 62 wound around central legs 11, 21 of them, respectively, and an I-shaped core 3. Outside legs 12, 22 of the pair of E-shaped cores 1, 2 are positioned face to face with each other with the I-shaped core 3 interposed, and gaps are formed between the respective central legs 11, 21 and the I-shaped core 3. Current directions in the first coil winding 61 and the second coil winding 62 are the same, and magnetic fluxes generated by the respective currents and passing through the I-shaped core 3 are opposite to each other.
