PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide bedding, formed in a non-repulsion type to disperse body pressure of a person, thereby preventing bedsores, enabling sleeping in an ideal lying posture, eliminating distortion of the backbone and excessive pressure applied on the shoulders even when lying on his side, obtaining a massage effect for the body from the moving of the body, having favorable warmth keeping performance, and changing the shape of a bed according to all of bodies. SOLUTION: Substantially spherical balls having a diameter of 3-5 cm are put in a box-shaped case having the same dimensions as those of an normal bed mattress so that even when a person enters the case, the balls may not spill. When a person lies thereon, the spherical balls are moved to wrap his body according to the body shape to support the body while dispersing the body pressure. When the body is moved by tossing, a therapeutic point of the body is stimulated by the spherical balls. The warmth keeping performance can be improved by air gaps between the spherical balls.
