DISPERSING AGITATOR AND DISPERSING TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dispersing agitator which can efficiently micronize a fluid, can efficiently disperse and agitate the micronized fluid, and can improve the treatment capacity of dispersion and agitation. SOLUTION: A flow passage 64 through which a mixture of a gas and a liquid flows is provided between a fixed casing 13 and a rotary body 14. The flow passage 64 is provided with an expanded flow passage part 71 so that the spacing of the flow passage 64 enlarges toward the direction of the mixture flowing in the flow passage 64. The expanded flow passage part 71 exhibits an effect similar to that of a Venturi tube and therefore micronizes the gas. Between the fixed casing 13 and the rotating surface of the rotary body 14, the effect of generating Taylor vortices is provided to the mixture and micronizes the gas. The rotary body 14 is provided with an agitation blade 67 on the side on which the mixture is discharged from the flow passage 64. The fluid efficiently micronized at the flow passage 64 by means of the agitation blade 67 is efficiently dispersed and agitated. COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT
