PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent only the upper part of a flap name cloth for Kendo from being in a contracted state when worn and to improve appearance in the flap name cloth for Kendo in a bag shape with an open upper end to be used by being mounted on a flap which is a protector for Kendo. SOLUTION: In the flap name cloth (1) for Kendo in a bag shape with an open upper end to be used by being mounted on a flap (2) which is a protector for Kendo, a slit (7) is formed downward from the upper end opening on the back surface of a bag (6), and a stretchable expansion and contraction body (8) is provided over the slit (7). Especially, the bag (6) is formed in the shape of being wider downward, the slit (7) is formed in the shape of being narrowed downward, and the expansion and contraction body (8) is provided from the upper end to the lower end of the slit (7). Also, the slit (7) is formed from the upper end opening to the lower end bottom part of the bag (6), and the expansion and contraction body (8) is provided from the upper end to the lower end of the slit (7).
