PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an alarm processing method of automatically issuing an alarm at an early timing on the basis of information on each case. SOLUTION: An early warning apparatus for accident receives case data in real time from a consumer through a network. A processing circuit of the early warning apparatus for accident performs profiling analysis on the input case data. The case data having similar profile are grouped. The early warning apparatus for accident determines whether an abnormal condition has occurred or not on the basis of the above information. The apparatus determines whether the case has occurred in excess of a warning limit, evaluates a risk in reference to past cases for each group, and issues an alarm as needed.
