Disclosed is a fuel cell system provided with: a deodorizer (20) that removes odor components contained in a feed gas; a reformer (32) that generates hydrogen-containing gas by means of a reforming reaction using the feed gas discharged from the deodorizer; a fuel cell (1) that generates electricity using the hydrogen-containing gas discharged from the reformer; on-off valves (21a, 21b, 3a, 3b, 28, 29) that are further downstream than the deodorizer and are provided on combustible gas passages that go through the reformer; and sticking testers (13, 18, 7) that supply the feed gas to the combustible gas passages and thereby test whether or not the on-off valves are stuck. |
