The medicine system has an electromagnetically operating navigation system (10) and an implant (6) to be positioned in a patient (2) at an exact location by the navigation system. A position marker (8) of the navigation system is attached inside the implant in a relative position. The position marker is permanently attached to the implant. An independent claim is also included for a method for determining the position of an implant in a medicine system.
