摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily provide an electrolyte for fuel cell electrode, a membrane electrode assembly, a solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell and a method for manufacturing the electrolyte for fuel cell electrode by improving gas permeability without deterioration of proton conductivity.

SOLUTION: The electrolyte for fuel cell electrode is obtained by chemically bonding a proton conductive polymer including protonic group with a silicone material having methylol group through a part other than the protonic group at a heating temperature of 60 to 250°C. The proton conductive polymer has sulfonic group.
