PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To suppress rise in temperature of a housing member made of a resin inside in which an actuator is housed. SOLUTION: To the upper end (the side of a sealing plate 40) in the axial direction S of a yoke part 62, a heat radiation member 70 is fixed. The heat radiation member 70 includes a cylindrical part 71, a flange part 72 extended to the radial direction outer side on one end side of the cylindrical part 71, and a bottom part 73 configuring a bottom surface on the other end side of the cylindrical part 71, and they are integrally configured. The heat radiation member 70 is fixed by attaching the lower surface of the bottom part 73 to the upper surface of the yoke part 62.
