PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine which confirms that data are inputted while reducing the number of connection lines connecting a group general control means and a group unit control means, and guarantees a correct operation. SOLUTION: The game machine includes a game control means for generally controlling a game in a game area, a plurality of performance devices for executing the performance of the game, and a performance control means for controlling the plurality of performance devices corresponding to a command from the game control means, wherein the group unit control means for controlling the performance devices and the group general control means for controlling the group unit control means are connected by a timing signal line and a data line, and the group general control means fetches a response signal from the group unit control means after data transmission, and determines the success or failure of the data transmission by the fetched response signal.
