PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical junction box having a novelty structure that may be detachably fixed with a sufficient fixing force, even at a location where a bolt-fastening work is difficult. SOLUTION: An abutting portion 38, which is to be superimposed on a front surface 52 of a vehicle body panel 12 is, provided, and an engagement projection 40 protruding slantingly from the abutting portion 38 in a superimposing direction to the vehicle body panel 12 is formed, and the engagement projection 40 is inserted into an attaching hole 39 formed in the vehicle body panel 12, in such a way that it is engaged with a peripheral edge portion around the attaching hole 39, at a rear surface 50 of the vehicle body panel 12.
