PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power supply controller capable of favorably controlling power supply connected to a motor. SOLUTION: The power supply controller controls a power supply connected to a motor 114. The controller includes: a rectifier 601 that rectifies alternating current; a capacitor 106 that smoothes the output of the rectifier 601; a first DC/DC converter 603 that generates a secondary direct-current power supply 118 from a primary direct-current power supply 117 generated by the rectifier 601 and the capacitor 106; and a second DC/DC converter 605 connected to the secondary direct-current power supply 118. The output of the second DC/DC converter 605 is connected to the primary direct-current power supply 117.
