PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building, including equipment suitable for nursing care, which allows a care receiver to shower with easiness without needing such a large-scale equipment. SOLUTION: In this building 1, the interior of a room 2 is equipped with: a bed 3; a bathtub 4; a transfer vehicle 5 having a pair of leg parts 5a, 5a' and a transfer bed part 5b stretched between the pair of leg parts 5a, 5a' and fixed, in which the heights of the leg parts 5a, 5a' are set larger than the height of the bathtub 4, and the interval between the leg parts 5a, 5a' is set larger than the length of the bathtub 4; and a lift 6 having a base 61 fixed to a ceiling 2C above the bathtub 4 and an elevating part 62 connected to a driving mechanism included in the base to thereby elevate.
