PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image capturing device for three-dimensional measurement wherein the progress of image capturing can be recognized and the image capturing can be carried out efficiently without excess and lack. SOLUTION: The image capturing device 1 for three-dimensional measurement that captures an image of an article 2 to be measured by using a single camera, includes: an image capturing part 3 for acquiring a captured image; a feature point extracting part 61 for extracting a feature point from the captured image; a capturing area separating part 81 for separating the captured image into capturing areas each surrounded by three or more of feature points; a capturing area image storing part 54 for storing the separated captured images; a three-dimensional position measuring part 7 for determining three-dimensional coordinates of the feature points; a capturing range image forming part 85 that writes the respective feature points on a capturing range image for representing the capturing range of the article 2 to be measured in three-dimensional space and that sections the capturing range image into capturing areas by connecting the feature points; an insufficiently captured area determining part 86 for determining presence or absence of an insufficiently captured area; and a display part 4 for displaying the capturing range image.
