METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR IMPLEMENTING LOCAL NETWORK ACCESS OF USER TERMINAL

The present invention discloses a method for implementing a local network access of a user terminal, and the method comprises: between a home base station, which a local Gateway General Packet Radio Service Support Node (GGSN)/ Packet Data Network Gateway (PDN GW) is disposed in, and a core network, transmitting an interface message in which the General radio packet service Tunnelling Protocol (GTP) information is encapsulated; and implementing the local network access of the user terminal. The present invention also discloses a system for implementing the local network access of the user terminal, and the system comprises: an implementation unit, which is used for, between the home base station, which the GGSN/PDN GW is disposed in, and the core network, transmitting the interface message in which the GTP information is encapsulated; and implementing the local network access of the user terminal. By using the method and system of the present invention, the GTP information transmission between the core network and the home base station, which the GGSN/PDN GW is disposed in, can be implemented.
