The contact (42) has a holding down clamp (26) arranged on a side (18), which is turned towards a radiant heat coupled heat source (22), of the contact. The clamp has a trough-like depression (28), and forms an overlap (40) with an edge of a recess (44). The clamp forms a support that is smaller than a cross sectional area of the recess. The clamp has a surface coating made of silicon nitride, nickel, silver or gold, and an anti-corrosion layer. Insulation layers (14, 16) of a flexible electrical conductor support (10) are provided in the recess. An independent claim is also included for a method for producing an electrical contact.
