<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a communication terminal device, server apparatus and program, wherein information relating to a current position is obtained appropriately. <P>SOLUTION: Only a predetermined mobile terminal 10 (specific terminal) in a group obtains current position information from a GPS satellite 30 and transmits the obtained information to a base station 20. On the base station 20 side, it is then discriminated that mobile terminals 10 included in the same group are located at the same position. The specific terminal is switched in a predetermined timing.
