摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide furniture with lighting and interior building material with lighting, reducing the dimensions of projection from the front part of the furniture to the utmost to improve the appearance, while effectively illuminating the front of the furniture body and its periphery.

SOLUTION: The furniture body 7 is provided with an illuminating device A including a light source 1 disposed at least on one end part of a plate-like light guide member 2 and an emitting part 3 disposed at the other end part different from the one end where the light source 1 is disposed for emitting light from the light source 1. The illuminating device A provided on the furniture body 7 is disposed so that only the emitting part 3 projects from the front part of the furniture body 7.
