<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To compare vehicle division information registered after having been encrypted in an ETC on-board unit with vehicle division information registered by a user in advance when the ETC on-board unit is connected to an on-board electronic apparatus such as a navigation apparatus, and to notify a user, when the vehicle division information is not matched, of the results. <P>SOLUTION: When the ETC on-board unit (20) is connected to the navigation apparatus (10) being the on-board electronic apparatus, vehicle division information included in setup information stored having been encrypted in a setup information memory (24) is specified by a vehicle division specification unit (9), and the specified vehicle division information is compared with the vehicle division information preregistered by a user by a control unit (1), and when those vehicle divisions are not matched, a user is notified of the results through a display unit (3). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
