PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an environment-conscious thermoplastic elastomer composition in which a plant-derived resin is incorporated by≥25 mass% as a thermoplastic resin component and which contributes to the prevention of the increase of carbon dioxide and the saving of fossil resources and is excellent in molding processability, flexibility, oilproofness and heat resistance. SOLUTION: The environment-conscious thermoplastic elastomer composition contains 40-70 parts mass acrylic rubber (A), 30-60 parts mass plant-derived resin (B) and 1-15 parts mass olefin-based graft copolymer (C) on the basis that the total mass of (A) and (B) is 100 parts mass.
