PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a battery pack advantageous to reducing a size. SOLUTION: In a battery pack 1, a protection circuit 15 is fit to a unit cell 2, the unit cell 2 has a terminal portion 5, a first lead 10 is joined to the terminal portion 5, a second lead 17 is joined to the protection circuit 15, the first and second leads 10, 17 have standing portions 12, 19 standing up from bottom surfaces 11, 18, the standing portion 19 of the second lead 17 is overlapped with the peripheral part of the protection circuit 15, the standing portion 12 of the first lead 10 is overlapped with the standing portion 19 of the second lead 17, and the standing portion 12 of the first lead 10 is joined to the standing portion 19 of the second lead 17.
