PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an inorganic substance granule excellent in water resistance and strength characteristic and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The inorganic substance granule comprises 1,000 parts mass of inorganic substances which have frequency maximums respectively in a grain size range of 5 to 150μm, in a grain size range of≥0.7μm and <5μm and in a grain size range of≥0.1μm and <0.7μm, 2 to 20 parts mass of synthetic resin emulsion and/or synthetic rubber latex, 1.5 to 10 part mass of a water reducing agent and 100 to 200 parts mass of water. Further the granule has particles of 10 mass% or more respectively in a grain size range of≥5.6 mm, in a grain size range of <5.6 mm and≥2.8 mm, in a grain size range of <2.8 mm and≥1.0 mm and in a grain size range of <1.0 mm.
