<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of manufacturing a lightweight shaft product for transportation which is excellent in vibration resistance by using a plurality of sheets of allocation fixtures and a threading method of them and performing opening of a plurality of fiber bundles. <P>SOLUTION: The method of manufacturing pultrusion molded article comprises processes of: impregnating the plurality of fiber bundles played out of a bobbin 2 with a heat-curable resin composition in a resin bath 4; and, thereafter, causing the plurality of fiber bundles impregnated with a thermosetting resin composition to pass through a die 6 via the allocation fixtures 5 for allocating the fiber bundles evenly and, at the same time, curing the resin composition, wherein the plurality of sheets of allocation fixtures 5 are used and the threading is performed such that the fiber bundles are opened from different directions by the respective allocation fixtures 5 (5a to 5d). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2011,JPO&INPIT</p> |
