PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce impact through a water hammer phenomenon when finishing filling of liquefied gas. SOLUTION: The filling control unit 140 of a control circuit 90 has a valve opening control means 141, a liquid level position discriminating means 142 and a valve closing control means 143. The valve opening control means 141 starts the filling of the liquified gas to a fuel tank 30 by opening a first opening-closing valve V1, a third opening-closing valve V5 and a second opening-closing valve V4 through a filling starting signal. The liquid level position discriminating means 142 discriminates whether or not the liquid level of the fuel tank 30, based on liquid level detecting data, reaches a predetermined position lower than the excessive filling preventive position, by receiving the liquid level detecting data detected by a liquid level detecting means 190. The valve closing control means 143 reduces a filling flow rate to the fuel tank 30 by the throttling valve opening of the first opening-closing valve V1 or the second opening-closing valve V4 to the valve closing side or closing the valve, when discriminating that the liquid level of the fuel tank reaches the predetermined position.
