PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic tire capable of improving the rigidity of a rubber block formed in a tread and including short fibers. SOLUTION: This pneumatic tire 1 includes a carcass layer 12, an inner liner 13, and a pair of bead parts 14. A belt layer 15 is provided on an outer side in the radial direction of the tire of the carcass layer 12. A tread part 16 having a tread face 16a coming into contact with the road surface G is arranged on an outer side in the radial direction of the tire of the belt layer 15.
