PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the accuracy of shape dimension of a battery pack in installation on an electronic device such as a notebook personal computer by differing the thickness between a top plate or bottom plate and a side plate as an outer case, thereby controlling the contraction quantity of each thickness to minimize warping. SOLUTION: A secondary battery 2 to which a protective circuit board 9 and a lead wire 8 are connected is stored in an outer case 1 formed of synthetic resin, and the top plate 3 or bottom plate 4 and the side plate 5 of the outer case 1 are constituted so as to be differed in thicknesses, whereby warping deformation is suppressed.
