PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a high-strength hot-dip galvanized steel plate using a steel plate containing Si and Mn as a base material and having excellent corrosion resistance and excellent resistance to galvanized coat peeling when subjected to a high degree of processing. SOLUTION: When the steel plate containing, in terms of mass%, 0.01 to 0.18% C, 0.02 to 2.0% Si, 1.0 to 3.0% Mn, 0.001 to 1.0% Al, 0.005 to 0.060% P,≤0.01% S, and Fe and unavoidable impurities as the remainder is subjected to annealing and hot-dip galvanizing treatments in continuous hot-dip galvanizing equipment, the temperature in an annealing furnace in a range of 820 to 1,000°C is regulated such that the dew point of the atmosphere is -45°C or lower in a soaking process and the temperature in the annealing furnace in a range of 750°C or higher is regulated such that the due point of the atmosphere is -45°C or lower in a cooling process.
